Attorney Alicia Letzo-Cantillo
As the founder of Letzo-Cantillo & Associates, PLLC, Alicia shares a commitment to providing exceptional service to all of the firm’s clients because they are members of her community. She has lived and worked in the immigrant community and has been advocating for civil rights for many years. Attorney Letzo-Cantillo is the mother of three first generation immigrant children, the spouse of an immigrant from Colombia, and active in the Latino community. She understands the needs of the diverse immigrant community and has worked in the Latino, re-entry, and immigrant communities is passionate about social justice issues.
In her immigration practice, she has been successful in many difficult and complex immigration matters including citizenship cases involving criminal matters, waiver petitions, family petitions, and many other areas of immigration law. She has assisted numerous families obtain lawful status and remain together.
Attorney Letzo-Cantillo has experience handling cases involving children with autism, complex medical issues, and business matters. Her Ohio practice focuses on the three essential areas of law that have a direct impact on immigration matters: Criminal, Family law, and Immigration. It is essential that any immigration attorney have a thorough knowledge of these areas of law and their direct impact on Immigration matters. Her practice in Florida focuses on Immigration and Federal matters only. She enjoys community organizing, spending time with her family, and advocating for social justice issues. She lives in Winter Springs, Florida and maintains a limited family and criminal law practice in Ohio, in addition to immigration matters. She is a member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) since 2010.
Attorney Letzo-Cantillo is an agent of change advocating for the rights of women, immigrants, race relations, re-entry, criminal/sentencing reform, and children’s issues. She proudly served as a court-appointed attorney in Lorain county, Ohio with her fellow members of the Lorain County Bar Association and in the Oberlin, Elyria Municipal and Common Pleas Courts. Attorney Ann Vaughn
Ann Vaughn has been practicing law for over fifteen years in a general practice ranging civil litigation, civil rights litigation, employment discrimination, criminal law, family and juvenile law, among others. She has represented clients in the Eighth and Ninth District Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Ohio. Ann provides legal advocacy for our clients in greater Cleveland, Ohio and Houston, Texas. Ann’s first career was as an educator in Dallas /Fort Worth, Texas and in Cleveland Municipal School District and Elyria City Schools in greater Northeast Ohio. Her second career involved development work in the non-profit sector.
During law school, she worked as a freelance grant writer. Ann continues her development work in Cleveland working with an art gallery doing grant writing and management in addition to the practice of law.
